pushpage ("the Service", "we", "us") is an HTML publishing service that lets you upload HTML content and receive a shareable public URL. A managed public instance is available at pushpage.link. The Service is also available as an open-source self-hosted deployment.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. This includes your password and any API keys generated under your account. Do not share your API key with others or commit it to version control. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is personal. You may not transfer your account to another person or use someone else's account without their permission.
You may use the Service to publish any lawful HTML content. The following are prohibited:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.
All published pages are publicly accessible to anyone who has the URL. Do not publish content that contains passwords, private keys, personal data, or any information you do not want to be publicly accessible.
Pages published without authentication (guest pages) expire automatically after 30 minutes. Authenticated pages are retained for 30 days and may be deleted at any time from your dashboard.
You retain ownership of any content you publish. By publishing content you grant pushpage a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that content for as long as the page exists. This licence ends when the page is deleted.
We do not claim any ownership of your content, and we will not sell or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

We may adjust these limits at any time. Persistent attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue the Service at any time.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pushpage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or loss of content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your pages will be deleted and your data will be removed in accordance with our standard retention schedule.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
